A quiet rural atmosphere
where homes nestle among native trees on small
acreage blocks, rubbing shoulders with farms and
cattle properties.
Welcome to the
Bouldercombe District Community
Website
Bouldercombe Singers
The Bouldercombe Singers are members
of the local community who use their
talents of music and song to entertain at
community celebrations and charitable
function through the local and
surrounding Rockhampton districts.
Bouldercombe Singers success
We understand that the Bouldercombe Singers had a very successful Afternoon of Entertainment for the The Clown Doctors Foundation.
Thank you ladies for all your time and efforts to bring music and entertainment to our local area and for supporting such a needy cause.

The Group formed after meeting at
Bouldercombe in late 1994. From this
beginning and with the members'
willingness to offer their valuable time
free of charge, they became increasingly
in demand performing at over 70 functions
in 2004.

Their versatility in
providing entertainment to suit the
occasion has seen them delight their
audiences at functions and at the aged
retirement homes.
Their community spirit has been
recognised by the presentation of the
Fitzroy Shire Australia Day Cultural
Award in both 1998 and 2000.
A Concert at the
Pavilion
In September 2000 the singers secured
funding from the RADF to produce a CD.
This experience will always be a great
achievement and a wonderful experience
for all.
Their 10th Anniversary was celebrated
last year with new and old members
remembering all the good times shared
over the past ten years.

And that's what singing is all about,
enjoyment and companionship and the love
of music and being able to entertain
others.
That is why we welcome new members to
join us. Practice at the Bouldercombe
Recreation Complex is Monday afternoons
at 2.30. If you enjoy singing you are
welcome to come along. For further
information phone Sandra 49 340 140.
